Our Educational Philosophy
One of the key pillars of our educational philosophy is nature-based learning, together with passing on the values of environmental awareness and sustainability.
|
At our institution, we place special emphasis on the conscious and comprehensive support of school readiness, so that our children can take their next steps with confidence - whether in a Hungarian or an international school environment. Beyond the familiar framework of kindergarten life, we also give children the opportunity to become acquainted with the English language in a calm, playful, and natural way. This is a natural and experience-based part of their everyday life, helping them encounter a foreign language with openness and confidence. We also pay special attention to ensuring that children can move on to school well prepared, while still progressing at their own pace. Whether they continue in a traditional or international direction, our goal is to provide them with strong foundations for this next step. |

|
We have created a warm and nurturing kindergarten environment where children feel safe, happy, and understood - while parents can feel confident that their child receives genuine care, attention, and support every day. Our aim is to help children adapt openly and flexibly to different educational environments, and to develop the readiness they need for future steps - whether that means living abroad or continuing their education in an international school. As an enriching part of everyday life, we provide early, experience-based exposure to the English language in a playful way, tailored to the children’s age and developmental stage. |
A few of the values that
guide our everyday work.

Child-Centred Approach
Our educational practice is built on respecting each child’s individual needs, pace of development, and unique personality. We believe it is essential for every child to develop their abilities in a safe, loving, and supportive atmosphere.
- We create an accepting and supportive environment
- We take individual differences into account
- We strengthen confidence and self-expression

Eco-Kindergarten Approach
Our kindergarten is committed to bringing the eco-kindergarten approach into everyday practice, with its values gradually becoming a natural part of our daily life. Our goal is for sustainability to become a real, hands-on experience for children. We introduce and practise selective waste collection, place battery collection boxes in our buildings, create green corners in our group rooms, and teach children how to care for plants.
- Recycling and creative reuse of different materials
- Giving preference to environmentally friendly tools and solutions
- Raising awareness of energy saving and water protection
- Gardening, plant care, and simple experiments

Experience-Based Learning
We believe that children learn most effectively through their own experiences. That is why our educational methods are built around meaningful experiences and activity-based learning.
- Learning through play
- Encouraging discovery
- Developing creativity and problem-solving skills
- Learning through movement and sensory experiences

Community and Collaboration
Community experiences and the development of social relationships are especially important to us.
- Strengthening acceptance and respect for one another
- Encouraging cooperation
- Building a close partnership with parents
- Organising family programmes

Supporting the Kindergarten-to-School Transition and Comprehensive School Readiness Activities
We place special emphasis on supporting children in reaching school readiness and making the transition from kindergarten to school as smooth as possible. We also provide dedicated opportunities for children of compulsory school age who spend one additional educational year in kindergarten.
- Comprehensive skills development: attention, memory, thinking, and task awareness
- Targeted development of fine motor and graphomotor skills
- Strengthening rule awareness, perseverance, and independence
- Playful activities and tasks similar to school situations
- Cooperation with parents and, when needed, with specialists
- Interactive whiteboard activities

English Language Environment — Through Play
At our kindergarten, children have the opportunity to become familiar with the English language from an early age, in a playful way that is tailored to their age and developmental stage.
- Songs, rhymes, and movement-based games
- Building vocabulary through everyday situations
- Developing a positive attitude towards foreign languages
- Supporting listening comprehension in a natural language environment
Our goal is for children to encounter English with joy and without anxiety, while becoming open to discovering other cultures.

Environmental Protection, Nature Education, and Environmental Awareness
One of the key aims of our kindergarten is for children to develop a close connection with nature from an early age through direct experiences, and to build a sense of responsibility and care towards the natural world. We support the foundations of environmentally conscious thinking through age-appropriate, playful activities.
- Simple, age-appropriate conversations about environmental protection
- Emphasising the protection of animals and plants
- Regular outdoor time, observations, and walks
- Following the changing seasons and the life of living things
- Introducing positive examples in everyday life
- Shared activities (such as feeding birds and planting)
- External nature education programmes (such as the Lépten-nyomon programme, Madárszovi, and visits to farms and parks)
- Giving special attention to important environmental and health-related days, such as Earth Day, Birds and Trees Day, World Water Day, World Animal Day, Health Week, and Sun Protection
- Taking part in nature conservation projects and competitions
