Discovery-Based Learning Activities

In today’s world, it is essential for children to grow up with strong English language skills. In these sessions, held with 1–2 children, we support the development of practical English language skills, while also deepening and strengthening any existing language knowledge.

During these rich, hands-on, experience-based activities, children deepen their environmentally conscious thinking and attitude. Through experiential learning, independent discovery, and direct experience, children develop a caring approach towards nature.

With the support of their teacher, children explore the wonders of the living natural world both individually and in groups within the kindergarten’s spacious green outdoor area.

Our kindergarten places great emphasis on developing environmentally conscious thinking. As part of this, this is not simply a craft activity: children also learn how to reuse materials that would otherwise be considered waste. Through a variety of creative techniques, children are gently introduced to the idea of recycling and become familiar with its positive impact on the environment.

In today’s world, openness towards languages and other cultures is an important value. In these small-group sessions, held with 1–2 children, children are introduced to the foundations of the Russian language in a playful and supportive way, while also developing their confidence in communication.

Children are naturally curious about the world around them. In our science sessions, we build on this curiosity through playful experiments and exciting discoveries. During these sessions, they take part in hands-on experiences that help them understand how things work in real life, while gently introducing them to the joy of scientific thinking.

A song-and-dance activity built mainly around Hungarian cultural traditions. During these sessions, children happily take part in singing, circle dances, and a variety of playful experiences connected to our culture.
